Job Description
A major healthcare provider in Pennsylvania is seeking three Project Managers for a 6 month migration initiative, with potential extensions. The organization is migrating 850+ applications hosted on servers from six on premise data centers into Azure Cloud. Each Project Manager will oversee a specific domain while coordinating multiple migration waves. In this role, the Project Managers will lead medium to large scale IT project efforts, including cloud migrations, data center relocations, and application rehosting. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing milestones, creating runbooks, supporting wave planning, and overseeing cutover and post migration activities. The Project Managers will track complex technical dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate cloud migration progress to leadership.
