Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for key consultants and accounts
- Liaise between sales teams and factory capabilities
- Develop technical selections, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership analyses
- Support sales with accurate costing and compliance documentation
- Prepare deviation and exception statements for proposals
- Collaborate with product managers, aftersales, support engineers, commissioning teams, key account managers, consultants, and contractors
- Participate in technical and account meetings, sharing progress updates
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify technical issues and align project goals
- Implement user feedback to improve applications and user experience
