Application Development & Support Manager

Brief Job Description: 

Lead and own techno-functional solutioning for Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: 

• Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, MES, MSCA, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.


• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications.


• Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.


• Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.


• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
