Application Coordinator (Beverages)

Purpose

Participate in flavour application for beverages and provide technical expertise to drive operational excellence and improve client delivery systems, according to business goals and EH&S policies.

Core Responsibilities

Flavour Application

• Execute daily brief-related tasks including flavour selection, product evaluation, and application development for beverages (carbonated, non-carbonated, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic).
• Lead evaluations of flavours in food applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations.
• Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements (customer, regulatory, legislation, cost) and suggest improvements for the most common applications.
• Identify appropriate flavour delivery systems and technologies for customer projects in specific applications.
