Project Description
In the department of 'Customer Experience' we are responsible to keep the quality of our cellular mobile network throughout Germany at the highest level and to always be one step ahead of the competition. To reach this target we focus on mobile service monitoring with the active E2E service quality monitoring system 'WSQM (Wireless Service Quality Monitoring)' to increase the quality for our customers.
Activity Description And Concrete Tasks
- Development, deployment and operation of the WSQM E2E active service monitoring system
- Ensuring system availability, stability, and performance
- Error analysis and resolution
- Realise interfaces and data connection
- Automated provision e.g. with Ansible
