About the Role
Application Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of business and regulatory applications, ensuring system availability, stability, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to support application-related initiatives and issue resolution.
- Coordinate application onboarding, upgrades, enhancements, and change implementations, including planning, resource allocation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and govern application performance, operational risks, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
