Job Description
We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to support clients in implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing tracking, APIs, and backend integrations .
This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client communication , focused on ensuring accurate campaign tracking and data flow across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Tracking tools (TikTok Pixel, SDKs, server-to-server integrations)
- API integrations and event tracking
- Analyze API requests/responses and debug server-side events to ensure accurate data flow
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and validate campaign data
