API Engineer, Service Virtualization & Automation

Job purpose

Build and maintain virtualized interfaces to be used in testing of banking software applications.

You are extending Virtual Services solution and ensure its quality and availability.

Maintain the Service Virtualization Platform and its underlying infrastructure, as well as provide 1st & 2nd level customer support.

Task List for the Role

• Communicating and collaborating with users of the platform to ensure client satisfaction.
• Preparing target test environments.
• Creating and delivering virtualized interfaces.
• Performing tests of created endpoints.
• Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assuring platform availability and performing troubleshooting tasks.
• Solving basic platform issues.
• Reacting on monitoring alerts.
• 1st & 2nd level customer support for:
