AO5 Lease Manager

Job Details Our State Government client is seeking an experienced AO5 Lease Manger (2 positions) to join the team on temporary basis. Based in Brisbane CBD, the role will be for an initial period of 3 months with potential to extend longer term. Working 36.25 hours per week, the casual hourly rate will range from $69.21 to $75.09 plus super. About the Role: In this role, you will manage and negotiate a portfolio of government-leased office accommodation, supporting the delivery of leasing projects across the State Government estate. You will provide expert advice on commercial leasing matters, contribute to accommodation strategy and policy development, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and analyse market trends.
