This role sits within a major infrastructure delivery environment supporting large-scale road and transport programs across the South Coast region.

You will work within a governance team supporting program reporting, financial tracking and project oversight across multiple high-profile initiatives.

As the AO5 Governance Advisor, you will:

• Prepare agendas and minutes for program boards and leadership meetings
• Analyse financial and risk data to support governance reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
• Support monthly program reporting using 3PCM
• Provide governance advice to project and program teams
• Assist with reporting to Federal Government stakeholders
• Support tracking of election commitments and program performance
