Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving ContiTech’s compliance program especially with respect to antitrust compliance Identify potential for improvement of the (antitrust) compliance program through active communication with the Regions Continuously improving the association activities concept; be the point of contact for questions from all stakeholders Continuously improving the global antitrust risk assessment, be a point of contact for antitrust-related questions from all stakeholders Drafting, reviewing and updating group policies and guidelines on antitrust Steering rollouts of global antitrust initiatives Developing content for antitrust training and other preventative measures in close alignment with other departments Providing antitrust training to all ContiTech business areas and central functions
