Android Framework Engineer (SXM)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Android Framework services for SXM radio integration
• Develop and maintain HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) interfaces for SXM hardware
• Customize Android AOSP framework to support SXM features and requirements
• Debug and optimize system-level performance issues
• Work with native C/C++ and Java/Kotlin for framework development
• Collaborate with hardware teams and application developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Android Framework development
• Strong knowledge of AOSP architecture and build system
• Proficient in C/C++, Java/Kotlin
• Experience with Android HAL, Binder IPC, and system services
