Analyst, Total Rewards (2026) - 12 Month Contract
The role supports effective delivery of HR operations, focusing on employment lifecycle updates, payroll and compensation administration, and data integrity. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes, maintain high‑quality HR data, and support Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end employment lifecycle updates, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leaves of absence.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employment changes, policies, and processes.
- Ensure all lifecycle updates are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
