**Designation: Analyst Programmer**
**Key Expectations**
+ **Program, test, and maintain the batch system to meet client requirements**
+ **Independently handle batch delivery and client interactions**
+ **Create accurate analysis and test plans based on client requirements**
+ **Ensure post-implementation stability and smooth batch operations**
+ **Troubleshoot and resolve advanced programming and system defects**
+ **Lead the production job support function by working closely with AA and B1 colleagues to ensure all failed jobs are treated with urgency, effectively managed, and resolved in a timely manner.**
