Analyst, Payroll, Canada & US

The Payroll Analyst position will support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll processing for both Canada and the United States. This role focuses on payroll validation, data integrity, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities for Canadian and U.S. payrolls, including review and validation of payroll inputs
• Validate earnings, deductions, bonuses, and one‑time payments to ensure accuracy prior to payroll completion
• Assist in payroll tax activities including review of statutory deductions (CPP, EI, income tax, and U.S. federal/state taxes), reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Support year‑end activities including T4s, RL‑1s (if applicable), W‑2s, and related filings
• Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and partner with senior team members to resolve issues in a timely manner
