Analyst Participant Data

What will you do

• Review plan submission materials including the plan set up checklist, loan provision policy and other materials for needed for implementation of standard LMNG plans.
• Quality check fund/money type/disbursement mapping.
• Submit requests to various functional teams across the organization to ensure timely and accurate plan set up, including but not limited to loans, recoveries, SDB, managed accounts, tech support and systems.
• Analyze participant data files, identifying data anomalies or missing data elements needed to provide standard and custom plan services. Work with client and prior record‑keepers to resolve data issues.
• Propose resolution to participant data conditions in consultation with internal operational teams to ensure administration of plan provisions and service requirements.
• Document agreed upon procedures.
