About the Role
FortisBC seeks an Analyst focused on Operations Process Improvement. This full-time temporary role involves analyzing processes to enhance the functionality of operational systems.
As a crucial part of FortisBC, you'll evaluate breakdowns in processes and provide collaborative solutions. You will conduct root cause analyses, design process maps, and maintain control over system documentation. With a focus on user training and support, you will drive effective implementations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
