Benevity is a global leader in online workplace giving, donation matching, volunteering, and community investment software. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team to assist leadership with forecasting, analyzing, and understanding our financial plans and results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the FP&A Manager and senior business partners across Benevity to assist in the development of the annual budget
• Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance
• Deliver consistent and reliable variance analysis of the company's financial, people and operational data to inform decision making across the business
• Support strategic business decisions through ROI‑focused financial modeling and analysis for internal teams
