Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- ThroughRPA or other automation tools, you will assist the team streamline itsexisting processes and deliver the next level learning and developmentexperience for the employees
- You will help the team createdashboards that will help management appreciate the current state andmotivation of employees with regard development and map out the nextappropriate course of action
- You will assist the team in enhancing its current HR page that will create a wonderful user experience for the employees
