Coordinate with global internal teams and external stakeholders to manage training-related tasks in line with SLAs and KPIs. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in finance system; ensure timely uploads of training certificates to client HR systems. Liaise with vendors to follow up on course completions and certificates, and with internal teams for course pricing and approvals. Provide support for routine operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure accurate data updates in relevant systems.
