AML/KYC Platform Lead

We Search is seeking a Head of Compliance Platform in Abu Dhabi to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities for financial crime compliance at ADIB. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, architecting compliance solutions, and ensuring adherence to Shariah-compliance. You will drive digital transformation, optimizing customer experiences through innovative platform governance and development.

The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience, a profound understanding of compliance technologies, and a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks in the UAE. A competitive compensation package is offered.
