AMI System Operator

Monitor and manage AMI systems including Head End System (HES), Meter Data Management (MDM), and communication networks. Ensure continuous and seamless communication between smart meters and central systems. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AMI system issues related to connectivity, data flow, and performance. Perform first-level diagnosis of communication failures and network performance issues. Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to higher support levels or vendors as per procedures. Analyze AMI operational data and generate system performance insights and reports. Coordinate with IT, metering, telecom, and field teams to ensure system reliability. Support system configuration, updates, and minor enhancements under supervision. Maintain system logs, incident records, and operational documentation.
