About the Role
We are looking for a talented AME Rebuild Centers Engineering & Quality Leader to join our team specializing in High Horse Power Engine Rebuilds for our Distribution Business Unit in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Strong quality governance expertise to ensure disciplined execution of ISO‑compliant systems, robust root‑cause analysis, and clear escalation ownership across the AME rebuild network.
+ Deep technical leadership in rebuild engineering, with the ability to apply rebuild standards consistently, lead failure analysis and teardowns, and translate learning into systemic, network‑wide improvements.
+ Proven capability to drive standardization and alignment across multiple rebuild centers, reducing variability while improving reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
