About The Role

Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to identify, validate, and develop high‑potential products for Amazon.

Own end‑to‑end process—product research, validation, supplier sourcing, product development, profitability analysis. Requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data‑driven decision making.

Compensation & Setup

• Salary: $1,000–$1,400/month (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full‑time (9 hours/day), 1:00 PM–11:00 PM PHT for the first 3–6 months; activity tracking (TimeDoctor) for alignment and visibility.
• More flexibility after the initial 3 months (if performance satisfactory).
• Benefits: 14 days paid leave after 3 months.
