About the Role
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist ALN school in Cardiff that is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. The school has a strong focus on supporting students’ emotional wellbeing, independence and personal development, while providing excellent support for staff through a collaborative leadership team.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated ALN Learning Support Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis starting from 1st June. The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant will work closely with pupils with a range of additional learning needs, supporting them both inside and outside of the classroom to encourage engagement, confidence and positive learning outcomes.
