You will manage a comprehensive array of cases, including O-1A/B and L-1 visas, while ensuring a clear and supportive experience for clients. Your expertise will be essential in drafting petitions and collaborating with multiple teams to reinforce Alma's standards of excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employment-based immigration cases across multiple categories
• Serve as attorney of record, drafting impactful and precise petitions
• Communicate timelines and strategies clearly to clients
• Identify and solve gaps in workflows and legal processes
• Support potential clients with assessments and recommendations
