Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing
- Position Title: Airfreight Operations Executive
- Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage daily air freight import and export operations.
- Liaise with airlines, agents, transport providers, and customs authorities.
- Prepare shipping documents including AWB, permits, and import/export declarations.
- Track cargo movements and ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
- Communicate shipment updates with customers and vendors.
- Handle booking arrangements and secure cargo space with airlines.
- Ensure adherence to Dangerous Goods (DG) and airfreight regulatory requirements.
