About the Role
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of the hotel air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor and ensure operation of the hotel airconditioning and refrigeration
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of all AHU's, FCU's, WAC's, Split type Ac and all refrigeration equipment
- Respond to guest complain and request
- Prepare daily reports of the activities done and other important issue that needs attention and action
- Observe and apply energy conservation practices
- Ensure that the Fire & Life Safety is followed and practice at all times
- Perform other duties as directed by the management from time to time
Qualifications
- With good communication skills
- College graduate or TESDA certified
- Knowledge and experience with airconditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Well verse in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Can start immediately
