**Job Description**

+ _Lead gateway, cargo and ramp operations to ensure smooth daily operations_
+ _Investigate and resolve operational disruptions, delays or service failures_
+ _Ensure ramp, cargo and flight operations comply with safety standards_
+ _Manage ground handling vendors to meet safety and efficiency requirements_
+ _Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency_

**Requirements & Qualifications**

+ _Bachelor’s degree_
+ _5+ years of experience in airline/airport operations_
+ _Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role_
