Air Freight Expert - Operations & Customer Success

DHL Global Forwarding seeks an Expert AFR (OAM) in Bogotá to oversee Air Freight Operations and ensure seamless customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Air Freight Forwarding experience and possess strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing transport orders, preparing documentation, and providing exceptional customer support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Cargo Wise are preferred.
