About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
  • Process air export booking requests and coordinate shipment arrangements.
  • Arrange cargo collection from customers' premises.
  • Confirm bookings and provide flight schedules and shipment details to customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve service-related issues and complaints.
  • Liaise with overseas offices on shipment status and operational enquiries.
  • Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare customer reports and shipment documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in air export customer service or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of export booking, AWB and shipping documentation.
