Job Description

• Architectural Design for renovations, custom homes, multi-unit and T.I projects.
• Oversee on site measuring and drawing of as built conditions.
• Oversee and develop and draw working drawings for construction and permitting by utilizing AutoCAD, based on sketches and designs.
• Oversee and generate 3D drawings.
• On site meetings with clients, professionals, and team members.
• Civic liaison working with municipalities for permit application process.

Requirements

• Architect AIBC or in process of securing A.I.B.C certification.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the B.C. residential construction industry.
• Explicit and current knowledge of the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws.
• Experience with both renovation and new construction Part 9 single-family residential.
• Excellent communication skills and composure.
