AI UX Lead: Design & Validate Conversational Interfaces

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced UX & UI Experience Designer and Tester to create intuitive and accessible experiences for AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into effective UI solutions and validate them through usability testing and iterative refinement.

You will conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and ensure consistency across AI platforms.
