About the Role
As an AI Transformation Manager, you'll lead and support AI and digital transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business impact. You'll act as both Product Owner and Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI & digital projects on time and within scope
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Refine/manage backlogs and translate requirements into user stories
- Drive UAT, solution documentation, and reporting
- Support change management, training, and adoption efforts
- Champion agile practices and continuous improvement
