About the Role
Description
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the on-the-ground AI strategy and enablement lead for DeviceOps operations teams in China. This person will operate with high autonomy, bridging the gap between our core AI platform team and the business teams they serve — identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving adoption of AI capabilities across the supply chain. This role goes beyond reactive solution design. We need someone who proactively seeks out opportunities, influences strategy, and acts as an autonomous extension of the core team in a different geography. Think: SA technical bar + product strategist mindset + evangelist energy.
Key job responsibilities
1. AI Evangelism & Enablement — Proactively engage DeviceOps operations teams in China to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of the team's AI initiatives (e.g., Pulse agent builder, intelligent supply chain tools).
