AI Security Ops Lead: Guardrails & Secure ML Deployments

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Lead, AI Security Operations Engineer to protect AI platforms, models, and data in production. You will oversee security tooling, build guardrails, and ensure robust security across the AI lifecycle.

The role requires expertise in AI/ML security, governance, and working with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats and ensure compliance with standards. Onsite in Mexico City, with a focus on incident response and continuous improvement of security controls.
