AI Project & Coordination Lead

SYNCOMS is scaling its AI capabilities toward high-impact, production-ready systems across multiple business areas and markets.

We are looking for a hands-on AI Team Lead who will drive execution, global coordination, workflow design, and delivery across multiple AI initiatives. This role requires someone who can combine technical understanding with strong coordination and process thinking , ensuring fast, structured, and measurable output.

You will work directly with the Head of AI and Company Director , with a strong emphasis on daily reporting, accountability, and delivery visibility across all projects .

To ensure fast, structured, and scalable delivery of AI-driven workflows and systems , by focusing on:

• Global coordination across teams.
• Daily execution tracking and reporting.
