About the role

We are looking for a high-potential Strategy Associate to join our Operations team and help redefine how we deliver customer experience at scale. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI, where you will challenge existing processes, drive transformation initiatives, and shape the future of our customer operations globally. You will work directly with the Director of Operations and have regular exposure to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
