About the Role
Role Overview We’re looking for a technically capable, highly organized, and detail‑oriented operator to join the Operations team at NEAR Foundation. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and AI‑driven execution — combining analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and hands‑on delivery.
