About the Role
What You Will Do
- Build, deploy, and iterate on AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, LLM APIs, and related AI tooling
- Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that connect AI agents to the knowledge base
- Integrate AI agents with CRM and support platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, and AWS Connect
- Debug AI behavior, diagnose hallucinations, retrieval failures, incorrect escalations, and poor resolution rates
- Collaborate with the AI Support Architect to implement orchestration and agent behavior designs
- Work with Knowledge Engineers to test that AI retrieves the right knowledge for specific customer queries
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to AI system documentation
- Participate in evaluation cycles: running test cases, measuring AI accuracy, and flagging regressions
