Proven experience building automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
Experience using OpenAI or other LLM tools for summarisation, drafting, classification, or workflow support.
Experience with CRM automation, ideally across HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flow, and workflow logic.
Ability to build dashboards or reporting systems that provide visibility into pipeline, capacity, and performance.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially when working with legal, financial, or business-critical information.
