In this role, you will leverage your curiosity and methodological skills to engage with users and understand their needs. Collaborate with a dynamic team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, championing insights that shape the product experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct various research methods to identify user needs
• Turn complex data into actionable insights for design
• Promote empathy through storytelling across the organization
• Use AI tools for efficient research workflow management
• Scope and manage research projects effectively
Requirements:
• 3+ years of UX research expertise
• Strong foundation in diverse research methodologies
• Ability to translate findings into product strategies
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder engagement abilities
