Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Decision Intelligence Analyst to help shape the next generation of analytics and AI-enabled decision-making across our loyalty and digital product ecosystem.
This is not a traditional reporting or dashboarding role. The position sits at the intersection of analytics, AI, customer behaviour, loyalty strategy, and business decision enablement.
The role will focus on transforming complex product, CRM, loyalty, and operational data into actionable intelligence — helping teams understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what action should be taken next.
You will work closely with Product, CRM, Operations, Engineering, and market stakeholders to:
