Job Responsibilities
- Deliver 10-15 high-impact automations monthly.
- Replace manual workflows across sales, recruiting, and operations.
- Build systems that are scalable, documented, and actively used.
- Track automation performance and continuously optimize to get the maximum results.
- Own the lifecycle of AI workflows (build → optimize → maintain).
- Ensure systems are reliable, cost-efficient, and low-maintenance.
