Detailed Job Description-

  • 2 years of experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and JavaScript.

  • Support integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into CRM workflows to improve productivity and automate business processes.

  • Develop and enhance AI-driven capabilities such as conversational AI assistants, predictive insights, and automated case processing using Azure OpenAI Service.

  • Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, perform data migration tasks, and ensure data quality for AI scenarios.
