We are looking for result-driven Agri Sales Advisors to join our team and drive real revenue through farmer and dealer engagement.
This is an in-office role focused on inside sales, advisory, and conversions — not just handling queries.
What You’ll Do
- Talk to farmers, dealers, and distributors via calls & digital platforms
- Understand crop needs and recommend the right agri-input products
- Convert leads into paying customers (this is your core job)
- Follow up aggressively to close sales and drive repeat orders
- Maintain CRM data and track every interaction
- Provide basic crop advisory linked to product usage
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth order execution
