About the role:

As an Agri Manager responsible for the lower South Island; you’ll be the vital link between our innovative herd improvement solutions and the farmers who rely on them. You’ll champion customer relationships, drive sales performance, and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do. This role is about making a real impact—helping farmers optimise their livestock, grow sustainable businesses, and shape the future of dairy farming in New Zealand.

Key focus areas include:

• Maximising relationships with existing customers and actively building relationships with new customers.
• Successful implementation of LIC solutions and the achievement of sales targets in your area.
• Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Undertaking educational and promotional initiatives with farmers.
