About the Role
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing DevOps or Agile teams
- Deep experience with Agile and scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
- Strong command of Agile metrics and tooling (JIRA, Confluence, burndown, velocity, flow metrics)
- Excellent emotional intelligence , leadership, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution, empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Ability to understand technical topics sufficiently to influence developers and steer technical discussions
- Strong background in change management , including handling resistance and driving adoption at scale
