Are you an experienced Agile Coach ready to make a real impact? This is your chance to join a dynamic and innovative team that’s redefining fintech solutions. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual to guide and inspire our teams across Europe.
What You'll Do:
Facilitate Agile Excellence: Coach and guide up to five teams in Agile best practices, implementing and optimizing Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to align team activities with project goals, prioritize backlogs, and ensure clear communication of priorities. Remove Barriers to Success: Identify and resolve obstacles that might block team progress.
Collaborate with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to provide the resources and support teams need....
