We’re building the next generation of autonomous GTM systems — not basic automations, but AI agents that can reason, adapt, execute, and improve across the full revenue funnel.
We’re looking for senior hires:
• Marketing AI Agent Builder
• Sales AI Agent Builder
These roles sit at the intersection of Growth Engineering, AI Orchestration, Revenue Operations, and Applied LLMs.
What you’ll build:
Autonomous campaign optimization agents
AI-powered lead qualification systems
Multi-agent workflows for outbound + nurture
RAG-powered sales knowledge systems
CRM-integrated reasoning engines
Human-in-the-loop guardrails and evaluation frameworks
You should have experience with tools/frameworks like:
• LangGraph / LangChain / CrewAI
• Claude, GPT-4o, RAG pipelines
• Clay, Make, Zapier Central
• Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach/Salesloft
• APIs, JSON, prompt engineering, orchestration log...
